With over 30 years in the social care industry, Andy Goff has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovative thinking, and a compassionate approach to management. Their career is marked by a series of notable achievements, including working within Norfolk county council as a assistant director, managing childrens mental health in NSFT as well as a long career in front line social work.
Under Andy Goff’s guidance, Solace has not only grown in size and scope but has also set new standards in delivering personalised, high-quality care. Their vision is to excel in everthing solace partnerships does, reflecting the core values of empathy, respect, and excellence.

I have extensive experience in working with children and families in Scotland and England.
I have been qualified in Scotland since 1985 and in England since 1999. I also have a Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology); am Care assess trained and Parent assess trained.
I have worked with family support, through to child protection and latterly spent six years as a Guardian within CAFCASS.
I have mainly worked in Norfolk and Suffolk but have also extensive ISW experience in working for Slough, Reading, London Boroughs, Wakefield and other Midland Local authorities.
I have created and delivered a range of training programmes and published a wealth of material on child and family work.
